THE TWELVE: Week 12

It's finally here! I've completed 12 weeks of clean eating, fitness and spiritual cleansing and honestly I feel great. As you read this I am currently spending the final day of THE TWELVE in Marbella, Spain because what better way to celebrate my achievements than with a cheeky holiday! One of the hardest things about deciding to make a change is actually doing it, implementing the change you want to see, but I'm so glad and thankful that I was able to do so successfully through the support of my friends and family. There's so much to unpack so I won't bore you with a super long intro but I can't wait for you to read through this post and see the grand reveal! THE TWELVE: Week 11

Good evening guys and welcome to the penultimate post of THE TWELVE! Wow it really feels like time has flown by. This week you'll be pleased to hear that I was much better at taking pictures of what I ate, however I have taken a little bit more of a laid back approach to my dieting as you will see. I've had a couple of treat meals which have been really great and I have slowly re-introduce things back into my diet which I know I will be eating in the future (e.g. white rice). Lets get straight into it: (Monday - Sunday) Breakfast: Full English Breakfast (761 calories)   Belvita Blueberry Soft Bake with Skyr Mixed Berries Yogurt and  Tea with, 1 Tsp. Good evening all and welcome back to another post! This week has been a really odd one for me, my dinners have been a bit mish mash as you'll see due to the fact that I hadn't been shopping and so was literally putting together whatever was in the house. One thing I will say very proudly is that I didn't eat tuna for lunch not once this week (I've changed call the police)! Anyway without further delay, lets get straight into it: (Monday - Sunday) Breakfast:  Belvita Blueberry Soft Bake with Skyr Cherry Yogurt and  Tea with, 1 Tsp. Good evening all and welcome to the ninth post of THE TWELVE! Its been an amazing journey so far and this week has been particularly good as I've been able to create a dish which had a very positive response on Instagram and Twitter!
